Through the Sustainable Precision Animal Agriculture platform, we seek to provide Research, Extension and Education opportunities to help address critical opportunities and challenges associated with incorporating technologies into intensive and extensive animal production systems, the associated cropping systems responsible for feed production, and the food manufacturing systems responsible for delivering safe, affordable food to the growing population.

Meet the Platform Leader
Dr. White is an associate professor in the department of animal and poultry science with an emphasis on sustainable food production systems and precision technologies. She leads an interdisciplinary team focused on developing testbed sites on campus and the agricultural research and extension centers to focus on sustainable precision animal agriculture.
