Research Profile:

I am working on a paper that assesses if adopting Climate-Smart (CS) rice varieties can mitigate the adverse effects of flooding on rice crop yields in Bangladesh. My method involves matching plot-level data with flood extent estimates obtained from geo-referenced satellite data to explore the average and marginal treatment effects of CSA technologies on rice yields under varying flood conditions.
