Research Profile:

My research profile is closely aligned with the mission of CAIA at Virginia Tech. My research interests and background primarily focus on sustainable food technology, bioprocessing, alternative proteins, food science, and functional foods, which directly contribute to CAIA's goals of finding technological solutions to enhance food production efficiencies and promote sustainability in agriculture. I am enthusiastic about collaborating with CAIA to advance research in these critical areas.
