Research Profile:

My research in agricultural education program design and implementation focuses on purposeful efforts to include diverse identities in all aspects of the agriculture and food systems. My work intersects with the mission and vision of the CAIA program as we work collaboratively to recruit and retain a diversity of talented individuals to contribute to the creation of transformative solutions to support emerging needs in the workforce.
