Research Profile:
As a restoration ecologist, my research and teaching aim to improve regional and global outcomes in biodiversity conservation, climate change mitigation, and livelihood improvement by assisting the recovery of damaged ecosystems. My research focuses on tropical forests in Latin America and Madagascar and temperate woodlands and grasslands in the eastern United States.
