John Bovay
Assistant Professor
Research Profile:
Most of my research involves economic analysis of policies and regulations affecting farmers and food consumers, including implications for markets, the environment, and human health. I use econometric and simulation approaches to study a variety of issues, including food safety, biotechnology, animal welfare, food loss and waste, and the impacts of COVID-19 on farms and international trade in food and agricultural products.
