Research Profile:

I have had a number of research collaborations with CALS faculty in plant sciences going back to the days of microarrays (about twenty years). Research has involved gene expression, genomics, biological networks, machine learning, and data analytics.  I see myself as a good contact for putting CAIA faculty in touch with appropriate computer science faculty.
