Over my 41-year career (16 years at VT), I have been a leader in several career paths, including creating new disciplines and pursuits, such as in forensic science and biosecurity. Most recently, I led the creation of cyberbiosecurity has rapidly become a global phenomenon and has enormous potential for CAIA and CALS.
