I bring expertise in leadership development and stakeholder involvement that can help CAIA achieve its vision "to foster informed decisions" through broader application of collective leadership and leadership-as-practice. My work includes engagement with agriculture workforce training programs, including those in formal educational settings (e.g., community colleges) and nonformal professional learning programs (e.g., Virginia Cooperative Extension).
